The experienced instructors provide one-hour sessions for students of every level, in which they will learn the fundamental movements as well as face challenges as they advance in their training. The personalized training aims to let practitioners progress at their own pace, feeling comfortable with themselves and their surroundings. The Youth Classes consist of a first moment of teaching, followed by dynamic exercises where they will learn self-defense techniques and different forms of Taekwondo.
