Nanda Yoga is THE kids’ yoga community in Fort Worth.

Children aged 6 weeks to 12 years will learn to play yoga by being introduced to movement, mindfulness, and meditation. Kids will have classes in a beautiful studio that is equipped with two play spaces and two yoga spaces.
